Return/Refund Policy

At Karachi Shoes, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once we receive the delivered shoes back. The customer must return the product within 15 days from the date of receiving the parcel to be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive the shoes, we will process your refund within a reasonable time frame.

2. Exchange Policy

For exchanges, customers must return the product within 15 days of receiving it. Once we receive the returned product, we will proceed with the exchange for the correct size or a different product (subject to availability).

3. Incorrect Size

If the size you received is incorrect, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

If we sent the wrong size:

  • Karachi Shoes will cover the return delivery charges
  • The correct size will be sent at no additional cost

If the customer ordered the wrong size:

  • Customer will bear the return delivery charges
  • Customer will also pay delivery charges for the replacement product

4. Conditions for Return

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

    • Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned within 15 days from the delivery date.

    • Customers are eligible for a refund or return only if they receive the wrong product or the wrong size from our side.

    • If the correct shoes and the correct size were delivered as ordered, the product will not be eligible for a refund or return.
