At Karachi Shoes, we aim to deliver your order in a smooth and timely manner. Please read our shipping and service policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually confirmed and prepared after we receive complete order details from the customer.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver the product within 7 days after receiving the order from the customer.
Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or any unexpected delays. In such cases, delivery may take a little longer.
Delivery Charges
A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be paid by the customer on each order, unless otherwise stated on the website.
Order Confirmation
To avoid fake or incomplete orders, we may contact the customer by phone, WhatsApp, or email for order confirmation before dispatching the parcel.
If a customer does not respond to the confirmation request, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the courier service coverage in your area.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed, please contact us for an update.
If the parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or repeated unavailability of the customer, the order may be cancelled.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing the correct:
- Full name
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Ordered size and product details
Karachi Shoes will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Parcel
If you receive a damaged parcel or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
